Enriched Air Diver (Nitrox) Course

Increased dive time and less risk of decompression sickness are just some of the bargains that make this specialty course PADI’s most popular.
This half day course includes the Enriched Air Diver eLearning, which is to complete before the practical application.
The two dives are optional and not required to complete the course, but we figured you might want to put into practice the newly learnt knowledge and skills! 

Your instructor will explain you why using higher oxygen gas-mixes allows you to dive longer and what different considerations regarding equipment, planning and preparation you should take.

You will learn why and how to analyse the mix in your scuba tank and to set your dive-computer to diving with the previously analysed mix.

After finishing the practical application lesson and passing the final exam you will be certified immediately.

If you chose to add dives after finishing the Course requirements, we will board a boat and drive to Playa del Carmen Reefs for two dives in the ocean – of course with nitrox!
These are two fun dives – no exercises during the dives.
